The panel chair is invited to determine the reliability of the 3-minute presentation during the technical session. The moderator of the session is asked to look at the posters of his session after the presentation.

Judgment requirements for the presentation are the ability to explain the quality of the project and the pleasure of looking at the poster.

Judgment requirements on the poster should be poster transparency and quality of presentation.
